Azalia Resort is a 36-acre residential development by EBNY Development, located in the Nakheel area of New Sohag City. Designed in collaboration with Yasser El-Beltagy Architects (YBA), the project combines contemporary residential architecture with landscaped green spaces, artificial lakes, and integrated recreational facilities.
The development features swimming pools, jogging and cycling tracks, yoga areas, children's play areas, and 24/7 security. Its master-planned layout and proximity to Azalia Mall provide residents with a residential environment that integrates leisure, convenience, and access to essential commercial services.
