Bloomfields is one of the most ambitious residential programmes UBTC has undertaken in East Cairo. Located within Mostakbal City's growing corridor, the project spans a large-scale development footprint and is being delivered through carefully phased construction cycles. Our scope covers civil works, architectural finishes, and full MEP coordination across multiple residential blocks and shared amenities.

The programme is designed around a repeatable-unit strategy that preserves quality while accelerating delivery. Each phase is coordinated with the client's design and sales teams to maintain programme milestones, control cost, and protect the end-user experience. Safety, cleanliness, and community-ready handover are embedded in every stage of the build.
