NEWGIZA

New Giza is a large-scale integrated development in West Cairo, combining residential communities with supporting infrastructure and shared amenities. UBTC contributed to the development through a construction package involving residential buildings, civil works, and associated infrastructure.

The project required effective coordination across multiple construction activities, with a focus on quality, execution efficiency, and integration with the wider master plan. The completed works support the development of a well-serviced residential community and reflect UBTC’s experience in delivering coordinated construction packages within large-scale residential developments.
